My aim is to research and gather all the information related to Human Resources to help all the HR people to understand and help to implement the ideal tools and processes.
SCOPE
I will try to discuss and research on almost all the areas of Human Resources. Day by day the scope of this website may be increased. For now, I will be researching on the following areas:

- 'Orchestra Method'- to involve employees.
