In case of creation or alternation of job role, attitudinal issues come first and very important. If the employee does not accept this, any action taken will go in vain. The job holders need to have the attitude to accept the new role in professional way. Attitudinal issues must be on the list of overall objectives. Again, any additional knowledge or skills needed to achieve the attitudinal objectives, need to be included in the overall objectives.
