Those who try to highlight bad economic situation to avoid training, for them, Learndirect (2009) suggested that effective training is important for the business to grow, develop and prosper, regardless of the economic situation may be. „Train to Gain‟ is a self explanatory phrase to the benefits of training for the business and employees. This is the time when organisations need employees with new intellectual profiles; and training is one of the good solutions for that. This may not be the only case for training, organisations need to bring changes frequently and “Training: part of a comprehensive approach to change” (Education, Training, Youth, European Commission 1995, p. 17).
