Learning Organisation

Now a day, a learning process continuously goes on within some organisations. This way of learning is not limited to a particular level or occupational group(s) within the organisation; rather it involves all the staffs and management creating, acquiring and transferring knowledge (Garvin et al. 2008) in the process. They said that a learning organisation has to have a supportive learning environment where an employee can express their mind, different opinions are welcomed, new ideas are valued, enough time given to review work process. They added that a learning process and ideas can be experimented, can be analysed, adequate training given and information are communicated among all parts of the business. Managers respects and criticizes own and others’ points. Thus a continuous learning environment is always felt within the organization. They always look for new and different ways of learning.
